Tyson is a skilled driver and wildlife spotter whose work plays an essential role in enhancing the guest experience within the conservancy. With a deep understanding of animal behavior and the terrain, he expertly conducts wildlife sightings to help visitors locate animals quickly and enjoy meaningful encounters within the shortest time possible. Beyond his navigation and spotting abilities, Tyson is experienced in wildlife storytelling. He brings every sighting to life by sharing captivating insights, facts, and narratives about the animals and their environment. His stories not only enrich the game drive experience but also help guests appreciate the beauty and complexity of the Mara ecosystem. Dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate, Tyson ensures every journey is safe, engaging, and unforgettable.

Airstrip Officer

Boniface serves as the receptionist at Engerende Airstrip in the Mara Olchoro Conservancy, where he plays a vital role in the daily operations of the airstrip. He is responsible for promoting safety awareness among passengers, helping ensure that everyone using the facility remains informed and secure. Boniface also manages the airside area, coordinating proper aircraft parking and maintaining an orderly flow of activities on the ground. His work includes recording all flight movements, keeping accurate logs, and handling the collection of landing and take-off fees. Through his attention to detail and calm oversight, he ensures that operations run smoothly from arrival to departure. Dedicated and passionate about his work, Boniface takes great pride in contributing to the efficiency and safety of the airstrip.
